Today's guest is Paul Weiss DDS. Dr. Weiss and I met in the early 90's when he was promoting Dental Health Month at a local mall. Thats where I got my big break and my mascot career began! But enough about me, Dr. Weiss had his own successful practice for over 31 years and was also the clinical assistant instructor at UB Dental school. Dr. Weiss talks about how he was able to differentiate himself from other dentists in the area and what is important when in business.
