Today's guest is Krystal Centinello, Krystal has her degree in psychology and has been teaching elementary education for the past 15 years. After ending her emotionally abusive marriage she began writing poetry again which she hasn't done since high school. She started sharing her poetry and realized people were relating to it so that is when she decided to publish her poetry in a book called Diadem (now available on Amazon). She also recently recieved her life coaching certification and plans to write a few more books to help people overcome similar sitauations she has.
